The template overview displays all available templates you can edit or use for this payment format. You can also create new templates and use them directly.

In the list header, click on

Enter a name for the template in the field Template name. The name may contain up to 50 characters. |

Assign one or multiple template categories from the list Template categories to the template according to your requirements. Select one of the available template categories or create a new template category by entering it directly in the list field.

In the mask area Basic data select an ordering party account, a business transaction and, for some business transactions (e.g. SEPA credit transfer in UNIFI format), a payment method.

Fill in the additional fields of the template according to your requirements. |

Save the template.
